a	The technical services zone would comprise units that would invest in testing facilities that can be used by multiple tenants at the AeroZone.
a	In addition a component design center would be present in this zone.
a	The land requirements for such facilities are fairly limited.
a	A 4 developed plots of 1acre each would be earmarked for companies wishing to set-up such facilities.
