AeroZone– Focus
Areas / Services
In the case of Aviation Maintenance,
a cluster is a boon for the consumer – the Airlines.
A single location providing comprehensive services can contribute
significantly towards
dropping costs and reducing aircraft maintenance turnaround
times for airlines.
The proposed AeroZone would attract companies specializing
in flight components, aircraft engine and also ancillaries.
This set-up would significantly enhance the attractiveness
of the AeroZone to both – the airlines as well as the
potential tenants.
Aviation Maintenance is a regulatory body monitored activity.
In the Aerozone space would be provided to set-up a DGCA office
in the premises of the Aerozone. Additionally a cell would
be formed to assist tenants in securing a certified repair
station licence from bodies such as FAA in the US and EASA
in Europe.
The proposed AeroZone would undertake 6 key activities which
would comprise an entire gamut of services to the airline industry.
