HAMCO plans foray into MRO business

Hyderabad Aircraft Maintenance Company Pvt Ltd(HAMCO) plans to become India’s first private MRO (maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) organization in rapidly growing aviation industry, according to its founder director Amit Kishore Prasad.
Consider this. According to a Boeing 2005 current market outlook report the Asia Pacific region will receive the second largest passenger airplane deliveries of about 7,163 and also second highest number of cargo aircraft by 2014. Moreover, it is estimated that there will be 1,000 aircraft in India which will be needing mandatory checksat every level periodically.
